Age Limit: Minimum - 18 Years; Maximum - 35 Years for General and OBC, 38 Years for Category 2A/ 2B/ 3A/ 3B, 18 to 40 Years for SC, ST & Category-1.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Chief Officer Grade-2 (Urban Local Bodies): A Degree of a University established by law in India. Candidates possessing diploma in L.S.G. will be preferred.
  • Accountant (Urban Local Bodies):  Must have passed Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with Accountancy and Commerce from an institution recognized by the Government.
  • First Grade Revenue Inspector (Urban Local Bodies): Must be the holder of a Bachelor Degree from an institution recognized by the Government.
  • Accounts Assistant: Must possess B.Com or BBM Degree.
  • Residential School Teachers: SSLC (matric) with TCH/ D.Ed. Training Certificate. (with Kannada Medium)
  • Junior Accounts Assistant: Must have passed PUC in Commerce with Accountancy as optional Subject.
  • Library Assistant: Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination. Must be a holder of Diploma in Library Science.
  • DEO: Must have passed S.S.L.C. Must have passed Senior Grade Typewriting both in English and Kannada or possess an equivalent qualification with computer knowledge recognized by Government.
  • Bill Collector: Must have passed SSLC or its equivalent examination.
  • Library Assistant: Must have passed Diploma in Library Science conducted by the Board of Technical Education or any University with an aggregate of 50 percent marks from all the semester.
Selection Process: Written Examination and Interview
Application Fee: ₹ 300/- for General candidates,₹ 150/- for 2A/ 2B/ 3A/ 3B candidates & ₹ 25/- for SC/ ST/ Cat-1/ PWD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates. The fee can be made through online payment by using Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card (or) e-Payment Post Offices Only.
