    Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be not attained 45 years as on 31-12-2017.

    Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess BDS/ MDS from a College/ University recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI) for the respective batch/ year with minimum 55% marks in final years BDS and registered themselves as Registered Dental Practitioners with any State Dental Council of India (DCI).

    Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Physical Examination, Medical Examination & Interview.

    Application Processing Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 200/- through demand draft of any Nationalized Bank only payable at New Delhi in favour of Director General Armed Forces Medical Services (APF Fund)/ DGAFMS (APF Fund).

    How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application complete in all respects in prescribed format with 02 Passport size photographs, self attested copies of date of birth certificate, NEET (MDS)-2017 Registration/Admit Card-cum-Confirmation slip along with Testing ID, NEET (MDS)-2017 score card, Nationality Certificate/ valid passport/ voter I-Card issued by Election Commission of India, educational qualification certificate, Compulsory Rotatory Internship completion certificate, Permanent/ Provisional State Dental Council registration certificate, No Objection Certificate from the present employer if any, Enclose one self addressed post card for Acknowledgement & one self addressed envelope of size 23 cms x 10 cms with Rs 40/- postal stamps affixed through Registered/ Speed Post to the Director General Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS/DENTAL-2), Room No 25, L-Block Ministry of Defence, New Delhi – 110 001 on or before 15-05-2017.
