(1) Senior Managers / Managers
- Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized university. Preference would be given to post graduates and those having degree of CAIIB, MBA etc. Minimum 8/6 years work experience in Co-op.Bank/ Commercial Bank/ NABARD/ RBI of which at least of 5 years in supervisory cadre required.
(2) PRO (Public Relation Officer)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferably in social science. liberal arts and humanities from recognized university. preference would be given to post graduates and having excellent communication skill, experience in public relation, liaison and strong coordination with top officials of Co-op. Banks/ Commercial Banks/ NABARD/ RBI/ Govt. Organizations and media.
(3) PA (Personal Assistant)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized university with working knowledge of windows and having experience and skill in assisting top management. strong coordination, script and speech writing etc.
(4) Clerks
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% from recognized university. Preference would be given to post graduate and or having 2-3 years work experience at a clerical level in a financial institution.
