Syndicate Bank Invites Applications for PG Diploma in Banking and Finance for 2017

The application lines have opened for filling up 400 probationary officer (PO) posts in Syndicate Bank via admission to its one year PG Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF), a course that is offered through Manipal Global Education Services Pvt Ltd. (MaGE), Bangalore and Nitte Education International Pvt Ltd. (NEIPL) Greater Noida/Mangalore. The last date for applications is 28th December, 2016. The availability of vacancies is provisional and is going to differ depending on the bank’s requirement.

How to apply?

1.  Visit the official website
2.  Click on ‘Career’ on the bottom of the page
3.  Click on ‘Apply Online’ in the Career page under “PGDBF PROGRAMME 2017-18” section
4.  Click on New Registration tab
5.  Enter the required details
6.  You will be provided with a provisional registration number and password, keep it carefully
7.  To complete the application form in another session, click on “Save and Next”, so you can save your application in progress and    continue completing it later
8.  After properly filling in and checking the application, click the final Submit button
9.  Post submission, no changes will be allowed in the application
10.  Pay the application fees online by following the payment instructions
11.  Upon completion of the application and payment of the application fees, a receipt will be generated.
12.  Take a printout of the application for future reference
13.  The application can be completed and submitted only in the online mode.

Selection process:

Selection will be based on two criteria:

1. Online examination
2. Group discussion and/or personal interview

Students who get selected will be segregated into two batches to Manipal Global Education Services Pvt Ltd, Bangalore (MaGE) and Nitte Education International Pvt Ltd. (NEIPL), Greater Noida/ Mangaluru. The number of students in each batch will be decided by the bank as per their requirement.
Once the candidates have successfully completed the course within the stipulated time period, they will be offered appointment as probationary officer (Junior Management Grade/ Scale-I) in Syndicate Bank.
